Chania Municipal Gallery hosts educational art program

The Chania Municipal Gallery held an educational event titled ‘When thoughts become sketches, words and images’ on Saturday, October 24. The program was inspired by Alexandros Psychoulis’ exhibition, ‘I only risked uncontrolled thoughts.’

Organized by the Municipality of Chania and the Municipal Gallery in collaboration with the Lyceum of Greek Women of Chania, the event featured various experiential activities. Participants engaged in discussions regarding the transformation of imagination into creative expression, a musical dialogue with maestro Giorgos Kaloutsis, and a weaving workshop led by Niki Karamanou. The program concluded with an art workshop led by Konstantinos Fisher, focusing on the creative value of experimentation.
