Chapadmalal residents protest presence of Darío Giordano

Residents of Chapadmalal, Argentina, are expressing significant discontent following public allegations made by Valentín Yankelevich against his father, Darío Giordano. Yankelevich has publicly detailed instances of physical and verbal abuse he allegedly suffered during his childhood.

The tension has escalated due to the presence of Giordano and his partner, Miren Algañarás, in the area, where they operate a gastronomic business. Local residents have reportedly used social media and neighborhood messaging groups to voice their opposition, with some expressing concerns about local youth seeking employment with the couple.

Reports indicate that some workers scheduled for construction tasks at Giordano’s complex have had their arrivals suspended, and Algañarás has reportedly closed social media accounts for her business, ‘Miren cocina’, following a surge of critical comments from the public.
