Chapecó and Fesporte sign emergency protocol for sports events

The city of Chapecó and the Santa Catarina Sports Foundation (Fesporte) have signed a Protocol of Intentions to establish an integrated emergency response model for large-scale sporting events.

Signed by Mayor Valmor Junior Scolari and Fesporte President Jeferson Ramos Batista, the 24-month agreement aims to coordinate municipal and state structures, including health services, to improve efficiency during competitions. The protocol will define responsibilities, service flows, and procedures for both routine and emergency situations through technical meetings, training, and information exchange.
