Chapter Chianti Resort to open in Tuscany in 2026

Chapter Chianti Resort is set to open in June 2026 in the Fontebussi village, located in Cavriglia between Arezzo and Florence. The resort is a renovation of a 16th-century medieval village situated on 40 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and hills.

Developed by Marco Cilia as the second project for Chapter Hotels Italia following Chapter Roma, the resort aims to offer accessible luxury with a 'pop and fun' approach to Tuscan hospitality. The design, led by South African interior architect Tristan Du Plessis of Studio A, features 82 rooms and suites that blend contemporary language with historical authenticity.
