CHAPTER1 to host inaugural ceremony and video contest in Tokyo

CHAPTER1 Co., Ltd. has announced its first hosted event, ‘CHAPTER1 CEREMONY 2026’, scheduled for November 14, 2026, at WALL&WALL in Omotesando, Tokyo. The event aims to showcase various projects spanning film, video, fashion, and art to foster collaboration between creators and businesses.

Key projects to be presented include the feature film ‘HARUJI’, which utilizes a blend of live-action and generative AI to depict the life of businessman Haruji Matsue. Other initiatives include the ‘1791 PROJECT’, focused on promoting Japanese culture and technology, and ‘SABLEKOKU’, an apparel brand centered on the theme ‘The Essence of Black’. The company also highlighted its ‘AI CREATIVE’ division, which integrates professional techniques with generative AI for various media.

Simultaneously, the company is hosting a video contest with a total prize pool of 500,000 yen. The contest is open to all video and AI creators, regardless of professional status or production method, with categories including promotional PVs, corporate commercials, and regional stories.
