Char Fasson hosts Siratun Nabi Symposium on Islamic ideals

A Siratun Nabi Symposium was held at the Brajagopal Town Hall in Char Fasson, organized by the Char Fasson Upazila branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. The event focused on the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a universal guide for humanity.

Maulana AKM Fakhruddin Khan Raji, a member of the central Shura and Barisal regional team, served as the chief guest. He emphasized that following the Prophet’s ideals is essential for establishing a society based on justice, equality, and human values, rather than oppression and discrimination. He noted that peace in a turbulent world can only be achieved by implementing the teachings and Sunnah of the Prophet in personal, social, political, and economic life.

The symposium included theological discussions by Maulana Mohammad Ismail Hossain and Maulana Habibur Rahman Al Jaziri. Other speakers and attendees included Maulana Kazi Harunur Rashid and various local religious and legal figures, all highlighting the importance of the Prophet’s life as a model for character building and social welfare.
