Character merchandise updates: Bandai and Sanrio announce new capsule toys

Several new character-themed merchandise items are scheduled for release in Japan. Bandai will launch ‘Precure All Stars Pitatto Nakayoshi Charms’ in the fourth week of August. These charms feature fairies from the series, such as Mepple and Mipple, designed to stick together when their cheeks are brought close. Each attempt at the capsule toy machine will cost 300 yen.

Additionally, Sanrio is releasing a series of ‘Sanrio Characters Tassel-style Tortoiseshell Keychains’ starting August 13. These keychains feature characters including Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Cinnamoroll, combined with fake pearls and colorful tassels for a sophisticated design. They will be available exclusively through Aeon Fantasy’s ‘Capu-evo’ touch-panel capsule machines at locations such as Molly Fantasy and PALO. The items are priced at 673 yen and will be available while supplies last.
