Charata hosts ExpoTec and AutoTec 2026 technical education showcase
The Ministry of Education of Chaco organized the ExpoTec exhibition and the AutoTec 2026 Challenge in Charata, Argentina. The event showcased the technical and professional skills of students from technical, agricultural, and vocational training schools across the province.
More than 600 people attended the event, which included 32 educational institutions representing 21 different localities. A total of 415 participants, including students, teachers, and pilots, were officially registered. The ExpoTec portion featured 18 delegations presenting various projects and innovations developed during the school year.
A major highlight was the AutoTec 2026 Challenge, where 30 teams from technical and agricultural schools competed. Students were tasked with designing, building, and testing their own vehicles powered by alternative energy. The competition took place across multiple venues, including the Escuela de Educación Técnica N° 29, the Escuela de Educación Agropecuaria N° 3, and the Chaco Karting Club.
