Chargepoly Secures €23 Million Funding for EV Commercial Vehicle Charging Expansion

French ClimateTech firm Chargepoly announced the closing of a €23 million funding round. The round was led by infrastructure investor Meridiam through its Meridiam Green Impact Growth Fund, with existing backer Fideve Groupe also participating.

The capital will be used to accelerate Chargepoly’s international expansion and further develop its integrated charging platform for electric trucks and buses. Founded in 2019 by Hadi Moussavi, the company already operates several hundred high‑performance DC fast‑charging stations in France, the United Kingdom and Canada, enabling the decarbonisation of more than one million transport kilometres each month.

Chargepoly’s proprietary software, Lucie, intelligently distributes power across multiple charging points, improving grid utilisation and lowering operating costs. The firm collaborates with fleet operators such as Groupe Rave, Nationex and CMA CGM, and works closely with vehicle manufacturers including Renault Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Daimler Truck to integrate charging infrastructure directly into vehicle sales.
