CHARGESPOT warns of unauthorized modification of timelesz promotional materials

Mobile battery sharing service CHARGESPOT issued a warning on September 24 after discovering that promotional materials on some battery stands had been unauthorizedly modified by third parties. Images of these modifications have been circulating on social media.

The promotional materials feature the eight-member group timelesz, who have served as the company’s commercial characters since October 2025. In 2026, the company expanded its campaign with wrapped battery stands featuring the members' visuals across Japan.

CHARGESPOT explicitly stated that it did not perform or authorize these modifications. The company warned that altering the materials could constitute property damage or other legal violations and may damage the reputation of the performers and related companies.
