Charitable initiatives support Hungarian students and kindergarteners

Various charitable initiatives in Hungary are providing essential supplies to children in disadvantaged situations to support their transition into school and kindergarten.

The Adni Öröm! campaign, a collaboration between Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat and SPAR Magyarország, successfully collected over 110,000 school supplies and notebooks. Additionally, more than 2 million HUF in donation cards were provided. This effort aims to assist 2,000 children across the country for the upcoming academic year, with SPAR contributing an additional 2 million HUF to the cause.

Separately, E.ON Hungária Csoport is supporting 1,055 children starting kindergarten through a partnership with the Ökumenikus Segélyszervezet. Supported by an 8 million HUF contribution from E.ON, these donations reach 30 locations across northern and southern Hungary, as well as Budapest and Kaposvár. The initiative provides personalized packages to help ease the financial burden on families and assist children in joining the kindergarten community.
