Charity concerts held in Spain for hospital and international relief

Various charity musical events have been held to support humanitarian causes. In Gandia, Spain, the eleventh edition of the ‘Strong People’ concert took place at the Casa de Cultura de Gandia. Featuring performances by the local group ‘SinComentarios’ and the band ‘Modestia Aparte’, the event raised funds to humanize oncology spaces at the Hospital Francesc de Borja to improve patient well-being.

Additionally, the Orfeó Català Foundation – Palau de la Música Catalana organized a benefit concert to support United Nations efforts for the reconstruction of Venezuela following an earthquake in June. The performance included Brahms’ ‘A German Requiem’ and aligns with an international campaign promoted by conductor Gustavo Dudamel. The event aimed to provide both financial aid and musical consolation to those affected by the disaster.
