Charity efforts underway in Tunja and Barbacoas

In Tunja, the local administration has begun distributing over 1,000 million pesos worth of donated goods to vulnerable populations, educational institutions, and administrative offices. The items, which include technology, kitchenware, clothing, footwear, and school supplies, consist of seized and abandoned merchandise previously held by the DIAN in Santa Marta.

Meanwhile, in Barbacoas, a solidarity campaign has been launched to support families in the Corea 1 neighborhood following a fire that caused significant material losses. Residents are being asked to donate school kits, clothing, kitchen utensils, hygiene products, and bedding to assist those affected by the emergency.
