Charity programs provide scholarships to students in Vietnam

Various charitable initiatives in Vietnam are providing financial and material support to students facing difficult circumstances as the new school year begins.

In Quang Tri, Nguyen Trai High School organized the “Accompanying Students in Difficult Circumstances” program for the 2026-2027 academic year. The initiative provides scholarships and gifts to encourage students to continue their education. School leadership expressed gratitude to the organizations, businesses, and donors contributing to the program.

In Da Nang, the “Building the Foundation of Dreams” scholarship program awarded over 100 scholarships, totaling more than 100 million VND, to the children of urban environment and drainage workers. Organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper, Coteccons, and the Saigon Times Foundation, each scholarship was valued at 1 million VND and included school supplies such as books and backpacks. The event also featured Mid-Autumn Festival activities for the participating students and their families.
