Charles Leclerc notes Ferrari pace deficit at Baku GP

Charles Leclerc expressed dissatisfaction with Ferrari’s performance during the opening practice sessions of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku. Despite the weekend schedule being moved forward by one day, the Ferrari drivers struggled to match the pace of Mercedes.

Leclerc finished fourth in the first practice session but was over a second behind George Russell. He noted a lack of rhythm and indicated that the team must work extensively to reduce the gap to the leaders. Ferrari is currently analyzing data to improve competitiveness for qualifying.
