Charli XCX Debuts New Album Tracks at Intimate Brooklyn Show
Charli XCX performed a handful of songs from her forthcoming album *Music, Fashion, Film* for the first time live at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, New York. The set featured debut performances of "Playboy Bunny," "SS26," and "Camera," as well as the unreleased track "Take Away the Music." She also played "Apple" from her previous album *Brat" and closed the show with "Wink Wink" and "Rock Music."
Guests joined the singer during the concert: Underscores opened the show and performed alongside XCX, Kim Petras appeared to sing "Jeep," and Clairo finished the set with a rendition of "Sofia." The intimate gig contrasted with her recent arena tour, and a second small show is scheduled at London’s Scala on July 14. XCX will then move to larger festivals, headlining Lollapalooza on July 31, followed by San Francisco’s Outside Lands and the UK’s Reading and Leeds festivals in August, before launching the *Music, Fashion, Film* tour in September.
