Charlie Cox discusses The Defenders' return at NYCC

At New York Comic Con, actor Charlie Cox discussed the return of the Defenders lineup in the third season of ‘Daredevil: Born Again’. Cox noted that the reunion was intended to provide closure for the characters originally introduced during the Netflix Marvel era, including Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist.

During the panel, Cox also joked about actor Mike Colter accidentally spoiling the return of the group earlier in the year via social media. Cox described the fallout from the spoiler as a ‘s— show’ and teased that the cast jokingly considered banning Colter from receiving his script sides on set to prevent further leaks.

While Season 3 of ‘Born Again’ is confirmed to be the final season of the series, Cox remained non-committal regarding whether he will continue playing the character of Daredevil in the future.
