Separately, Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch, an attorney representing a suspect in an unrelated ICE shooting in Austin, has faced social media backlash. Critics highlighted a deleted post in which she allegedly mocked the circumstances of Kirk’s death, questioning her professional credibility.
