Charlie Kirk monument vandalized in Phoenix

A monument dedicated to the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk was vandalized overnight in Phoenix, Arizona. The memorial, located in front of the Turning Point headquarters, was sprayed with red paint and defaced.

Tyler Bowyer, Chief Operating Officer of Turning Point Action, reported the incident on X, stating that the vandals had sprayed red paint on the monument and defaced religious imagery. The Phoenix Police Department confirmed they responded to reports of the vandalism on Sunday morning and are seeking information from the public.

The monument was unveiled on Thursday to mark the one-year anniversary of Kirk's death. Kirk was killed in a shooting during a Turning Point event in Utah on September 10, 2025. Tyler Robinson, who is accused of the murder, has pleaded not guilty and faces the death penalty if convicted.
