Charline Vanhoenacker launches new France Inter radio show
Charline Vanhoenacker is launching a new radio program on France Inter titled “C’est loin mais c’est beau”. The show's name references a famous phrase used by Jacques Chirac in 2002.
The program will feature daily chronicles at 9:30 AM from Monday to Thursday, along with a weekly appointment every Saturday at 5:00 PM. The format involves traveling to different cities across France to engage in conversations with local residents, aiming to let local perspectives speak to national issues.
The inaugural recording will take place in Besançon at Café Poste, featuring singer Aldebert as a guest. Vanhoenacker also plans to incorporate historical elements, such as consulting the “cahiers de doléances” (grievance books) held at the National Archives.
