Charlotte Nott addresses prosthetic leg removal during Big Brother entrance

Big Brother contestant Charlotte Nott has addressed a wardrobe malfunction that occurred during her live launch entrance. Nott, an 18-year-old student from Oxford who lost her hands and feet to meningitis at age three, experienced a broken stiletto heel shortly after being escorted from her car to the stage.

Following the shoe breakage and subsequent difficulty navigating stairs, Nott instructed host Will Best on how to remove her prosthetic legs as the broadcast transitioned. In a video diary entry, Nott described the incident as ‘just typical’ and remarked, ‘Maybe it was my fate to walk in with no legs.’

Nott also shared that she frequently removes her prosthetics in her daily life, noting that she prefers to be ‘four foot’ and ‘tiny’ when at home or cooking. The incident prompted discussions regarding accessibility on the show, though many viewers expressed support for Nott's positive attitude on social media.
