Charred body found in burned Nissan Versa in Nocupétaro, Michoacán

Authorities discovered a burned Nissan Versa containing the charred remains of an unidentified person in the community of Las Calabazas, Nocupétaro, Michoacán. The vehicle was reported to emergency services by local residents, prompting police to secure the scene and begin an investigation.

The Fiscalía General del Estado, together with the Unidad de Servicios Periciales y Escena del Crimen, collected evidence, transferred the remains to the Servicio Médico Forense for forensic analysis, and are working to determine the victim’s identity and the circumstances of the incident.
