Charros de Jalisco and Cardenales de Lara to play Clásico Caribeño 2026 in Texas

The Charros de Jalisco of Mexico and Cardenales de Lara of Venezuela will face each other in the ‘Clásico Caribeño 2026’ in Texas. The event is scheduled for October 9 and 11, 2026.

The first game will take place on Friday, October 9, in Dallas, while the second match is set for Sunday, October 11, at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, located in the Houston metropolitan area. Officials from both organizations noted that the series aims to reach the large Mexican and Latin American fanbases in the region. Both teams intend to field their primary rosters for the matchups.

In addition to the sporting competition, the event will include cultural activities and entertainment. A portion of the funds raised from the series will be donated to support those affected by recent earthquakes in Venezuela.
