Charter opens 22 new supermarkets in Spain

Charter, the franchise network for the Spanish supermarket cooperative Consum, has opened 22 new stores since February. This expansion represents nearly 60% of the company's total annual target for the first half of its 2026 financial year.

With the total network now exceeding 500 stores, Charter projects an 8.2% increase in annual turnover, which is expected to push total revenue above €964.18 million.
