Chase expands global network of Sapphire airport lounges
Chase is expanding its network of branded airport lounges, known as Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club. Following the 2023 opening of its first U.S. location in Boston, the bank now operates nine lounges worldwide, including recent openings in Las Vegas and Dallas-Fort Worth.
Managed in collaboration with Airport Dimensions, these lounges offer amenities such as complimentary food and drinks, showers, and wellness areas. Chase faces significant competition in the premium lounge sector from American Express, which operates Centurion Lounges, and Capital One, which has established several locations including restaurant-lounge hybrids.
Access to Chase Sapphire Lounges is primarily available to Sapphire Reserve cardholders and Ritz-Carlton cardholders. Sapphire Preferred cardholders do not have complimentary access, though day passes can be purchased for $100.
