Chase Kraucheunas Receives First Division I Football Offer from Syracuse

In June 2028, high‑school athlete Chase Kraucheunas of Alexandria Township, New Jersey, attended the Franchise Camp and earned his first Division I football scholarship offer from Syracuse University. The offer, extended by head coach Fran Brown, was for a defensive‑back role, reflecting Kraucheunas’s experience at defensive back, wide receiver and quarterback.

Kraucheunas praised the three‑day camp, noting the “amazing” coaching, facilities and the family‑like atmosphere. He highlighted the program’s D.A.R.T. mantra (detailed, accountable, relentless, tough) and said he now lives by it. A two‑sport athlete, Kraucheunas also plays basketball and emphasized his commitment to give 100 percent effort to the Syracuse Orange football program.
