Chase Sapphire Reserve Launches 2.5¢ Points Boost for Select Hotels and 150k Bonus Offer
Chase has expanded the value of its Sapphire Reserve credit card by introducing a "Points Boost" that lets cardholders redeem Ultimate Rewards points at a rate of 2.5 cents per point when booking any of eleven hotels in its Edit Collection, including properties in France, Japan, the Netherlands and the United States. The promotion also adds standard perks such as free breakfast for two, a $100 property credit and room upgrades.
In addition, Chase is offering a new welcome bonus of 150,000 Ultimate Rewards points for new Sapphire Reserve members who spend $6,000 within the first three months, up from the previous 125,000‑point bonus. The card carries a $795 annual fee but includes a $300 annual travel credit, Priority Pass Select lounge access, and other travel‑related credits.
