Chef Alberto Molinero moves Erre de Roca to Treviño

Michelin-starred chef Alberto Molinero has relocated his restaurant, Erre de Roca, from Miranda de Ebro to the Condado de Treviño. The move, covering a distance of approximately twenty kilometers, aims to strengthen the connection between the culinary project and its surrounding territory.

Molinero utilizes the unique geographic location of Treviño to implement a concept of “border cuisine,” integrating local ingredients and treasures from the crossroads of the region into his menu. The restaurant’s new setting emphasizes a relationship with the natural environment, featuring a kitchen designed to overlook the landscape.
