Chef Alessandro De Antoniis to open Taverna Filopappo in Alba Adriatica

Chef Alessandro De Antoniis is returning to his roots in Alba Adriatica with the opening of his new restaurant, Taverna Filopappo, scheduled for October 19.

De Antoniis spent eighteen years at Cipria di Mare in Teramo, where he earned significant culinary recognition, including accolades from the Espresso Guide and Gambero Rosso. His culinary approach focuses on combining tradition and creativity, utilizing local seafood and family flavors while evolving the identity of the ingredients.
