Chef Atul Kochhar to host three-day dining event at Plano's Jashan
Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar is traveling to Plano for a three-day culinary collaboration with Jashan, hosted by founder and chef Prasanna Singaraju. The event runs from October 3 to October 5.
The collaboration includes three distinct dining experiences. On October 3, Kochhar will present a seven-course tasting menu. On October 4, the restaurant will host ‘10 Hands — The Sunday Supper,’ a family-style communal meal featuring Kochhar alongside chefs Akshraj Jodha, Ashish Bhasin, Ramesh Thangaraj, and Singaraju. The event concludes on October 5 with ‘Dil Se,’ an intimate dinner for 20 guests featuring a collaborative menu from Kochhar and Singaraju.
Kochhar is a notable figure in modern Indian fine dining, having been the first Indian chef to earn a Michelin star in 2001 at London’s Tamarind.
