Chef Dani García launches Color Me Hungry culinary laboratory in Marbella

Chef Dani García has unveiled Color Me Hungry, a private research and creativity laboratory located in Marbella. Designed in collaboration with INKO Estudio, the space serves as a dedicated environment for gastronomic experimentation, allowing the chef to develop new culinary proposals and explore innovative techniques.

The laboratory is equipped with Haier technology, a brand García has collaborated with since 2025. The facility features various high-end appliances, including the Haier ID Series 6 oven with Bionicook technology, the I-Dual Series 6 induction hob with integrated extraction, and the Horizon MultiDoor refrigerator collection.

García described the space not as a restaurant, but as an “idea laboratory” intended for investigation, testing, and evolution, emphasizing the role of design and technology in supporting the creative process.
