Greek chef Emmanouil “Manoli” Aslanoglou opened his eponymous restaurant Manoli in Coconut Grove, Florida on July 22. The 140‑seat venue at 3540 Main Highway showcases a Mediterranean‑inspired menu that blends traditional Greek dishes with American flavors, featuring small plates, a raw bar, house‑made pastas, grilled specialties and a signature cocktail program.

Aslanoglou, a former chef at renowned establishments including Vassilenas in Athens, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in the United Kingdom, Arzak in Spain and Nammos in Greece, also appeared on MasterChef Greece.
