Chef Fritz Benson to host gourmet cruise on nickoSPIRIT

nicko cruises and the dinner club YouDinner have announced an exclusive gourmet cruise aboard the nickoSPIRIT, scheduled for November 27–28, 2026. The event will depart from and return to Frankfurt.

Star chef Fritz Benson, from the Bonn-based restaurant Theodor’s, will prepare a custom five-course menu accompanied by selected wine pairings. The dining experience will take place in the ship's Panorama Restaurant, offering views of the Frankfurt skyline. Jana Benson and her service team will host the event, providing guests with the opportunity to interact with the chef and learn about his culinary philosophy.
