Chef Jana Ebner dies at 51 after appearing on ‘Rosins Restaurants’

Chef Jana Ebner has passed away at the age of 51, shortly after appearing on the television program ‘Rosins Restaurants’. Ebner served as the head chef at the restaurant ‘Magicuisine’ located in the Florian-Zimmer-Theater in Neu-Ulm.

During the filming of the show, celebrity chef Frank Rosin praised Ebner’s culinary skills, specifically highlighting her chocolate mousse as the ‘best in the world’. Florian Zimmer, the owner of the Magicietheater and the restaurant, described Ebner as the ‘good soul’ of the establishment, noting her immense dedication to the team and her tendency to cook for staff even after long rehearsals.

While the circumstances surrounding her sudden death have not been disclosed, Zimmer stated that her passing has given the broadcast of the episode a significantly different meaning.
