Chef Jermain de Rozario returns to kitchen after restaurant bankruptcy

Michelin-starred chef Jermain de Rozario is returning to the kitchen after the bankruptcy of his Helmond-based restaurant, De Rozario. After a nine-month hiatus during which he worked on various events, de Rozario has taken an employment position at By Jermain, located in the historic Villa Ravensdonck in Eindhoven.

In his new role, de Rozario works under the event company Eye-Events. The new arrangement allows him to focus on culinary creativity while the company manages back-office responsibilities such as marketing and finances. De Rozario noted that the new environment offers a significant reduction in the stress he experienced while running his own business.
