Three-Michelin-starred chef Joan Roca is bringing the flavors of his Girona-based project, Fontané, to Madrid for a limited two-day pop-up event. Hosted at the Mercado de Vallehermoso through an initiative by Guía Repsol, the event will take place on September 23 and 24.

Fontané, which opened in Girona in April 2025, is a culinary tribute to the Roca family matriarch and aims to reclaim traditional Catalan cuisine. The Madrid pop-up will offer emblematic dishes from the restaurant at accessible prices, including macaroni al cardenal, chicken cannelloni, cod with chanfaina, and traditional crema catalana.
