Chef Kevin Fehling to host guests on Hapag-Lloyd Cruises in 2027

Three-star Michelin chef Kevin Fehling will personally host guests at his restaurant, The Globe, on seven selected voyages aboard the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises ship Europa in 2027.

Fehling has a long-standing history with the vessel, having started his career on board approximately 25 years ago. He has operated The Globe on the Europa for the past seven years. The 2027 itinerary includes trips along the American West Coast, through North and West Europe, and a journey around Southern Africa.

In addition to his work at sea, Fehling operates The Table in Hamburg's HafenCity, which recently maintained its three Michelin stars.
