Chef Mauro Colagreco and Mirazur celebrate 20 years in Menton

Since opening on April 1, 2006, Mauro Colagreco’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Mirazur, has played a significant role in transforming the French Riviera town of Menton into a premier global culinary destination.

Menton, known for its subtropical microclimate and protected variety of sweet lemons, has evolved from a historical Belle Époque resort into a year-round tourist hub.
