Chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya showcases Ankara's culinary heritage

As part of the Ankara Culture Route Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the “Bir Sofrada Ankara” event showcased the city's traditional flavors and local products. Hosted by Alaz Restaurant, owned by chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya, the event brought together prominent gastronomy figures, including various chefs, academics, and food culture researchers.
