Chef Đorđo Ćetković represents Serbian culinary tradition in Singapore

Đorđo Ćetković, a chef originally from Loznica, Serbia, has established a prominent culinary career in Singapore. He currently serves as the executive chef at the Mediterranean restaurant Pano Kato and holds the position of official ambassador for the Culinary Federation of Serbia for Asia.

Ćetković attributes his professional foundation to both his family upbringing in the Drina region and rigorous European training. His early lessons involved traditional Balkan hospitality, such as welcoming guests with bread and salt, while his professional discipline was shaped by working under mentors in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and Portugal. He has spent nearly two decades working across various European kitchens before settling in Singapore.
