Chef Patrick Keogh launches weekly home‑delivery meals in Steamboat Springs
Chef Patrick Keogh, who runs the Shreddies Food truck, has started Shreddies Suppers, a weekly chef‑prepared meal delivery service for families in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The service currently serves about 15‑20 families with plans to scale to up to 60 deliveries within the next two years.
Customers order online by Tuesday, receive meals on Wednesday evenings in reusable insulated bags, and reheat the food at home. Delivery costs $20 for orders under $100 and is free for orders of $100 or more. The rotating menu includes soups, salads, entrees such as a lobster boil and chimichurri steak, and a selection of baked goods. The model is not subscription‑based, allowing customers to order any number of meals they want. Delivery is presently limited to Steamboat Springs.
