Chef Pietro Catzola presents book on Quirinale presidential kitchens

Chef Pietro Catzola will present his award-winning book, ‘Il cuoco dei Presidenti. Vita e ricette di un marinaio al Quirinale’, at the Caffè delle Scienze in Fano on Friday, October 23.

The book details Catzola’s thirty-year career serving five Italian Presidents: Francesco Cossiga, Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, Carlo Maria আরে Scalfaro, Giorgio Napolitano, and Sergio Mattarella. Catzola, whose professional background began in the Italian Navy, shares personal anecdotes and culinary secrets regarding the dietary habits and private lives of Italy’s highest state leaders.

The event is supported by the Municipality of Fano and the Associazione Albergatori Consorziati as part of the Itineris program.
