Cheikh Anta Diop University announces academic applications
Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD) has announced a call for applications for the 2026-2027 academic year through its Institute of Territorial Governance and Local Development (IGTDL). The call covers two programs: a Bachelor’s degree in Territorial Governance and Local Development, and a professional Master’s in Territorial Governance and Public Policy (GTP).
Applications for these programs are accepted from August 10 to October 16, 2026. The Bachelor’s program is open to 2026 graduates from specific academic tracks, while the Master’s program is designed for civil servants, elected officials, and territorial development agents. The Master’s training follows a hybrid model, combining distance learning with in-person classes.
