Chelsea and Tottenham eye Dinamo Tbilisi talent Tornike Kvaratskhelia
Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly leading the race to sign 16-year-old Dinamo Tbilisi winger Tornike Kvaratskhelia. The young Georgian talent, who is the brother of Paris Saint-Germain star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, has already made 13 senior appearances for his current club.
Several other Premier League clubs, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Aston Villa, have reportedly made contact regarding the player. Bayern Munich is also considered a major competitor for his signature, following the player's recent training stint with the German club.
Due to current transfer regulations, Kvaratskhelia cannot move to an English club until he turns 18 in 2028. Until then, he is expected to continue his development at Dinamo Tbilisi.
