Chelsea FC hits 65-year defensive record low in Hull City draw

Chelsea FC recorded a 65-year defensive low following a 2-2 draw against Hull City at Stamford Bridge. The result extended the club's streak of failing to keep a clean sheet to 20 consecutive league matches, the longest such period for the team in over six decades.

Under the management of Xabi Alonso, Chelsea took an early lead in the seventh minute through a goal by Morgan Rogers. However, defensive errors allowed Hull City to recover. Mohamed Belloumit equalized in the 28th minute following a misjudgment by Jorrel Hato, and later scored again after a strike deflected off Levi Colwill to put Hull ahead.
