Chelsea plans €160m player sales and eyes €50m Real Madrid left‑back

Manager Xabi Alonso has told five Chelsea players that they can leave the club, with a combined potential transfer value of about €160 million. The players listed include Alejandro Garnacho, Axel Disasi, Benoît Badiashile, Liam Delap and Filip Jorgensen.

Chelsea is also reported to be targeting Real Madrid left‑back Álvaro Carreras as a replacement for former Chelsea defender Marc Cucurella. The Spanish club is said to want a fee of roughly €50 million for the 23‑year‑old, a move that would bolster Chelsea's defensive options ahead of the new season.
