Chelsea pursues midfield signings including Lucas Bergvall and Enzo Fernández

Chelsea are actively monitoring Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Lucas Bergvall, a 20‑year‑old Swedish international who has made 33 appearances this season and contributed a goal and five assists. The club values the player at around €70 million and sees him as a potential long‑term addition as they aim to improve on a disappointing campaign.

The London club has also set a €120 million asking price for Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernández, who Real Madrid are interested in. Chelsea signed Fernández from Benfica in January 2023 and are reluctant to sell him at a loss, despite the Argentine’s desire for a move to Spain. Real Madrid continue to evaluate the financial feasibility of the deal.
