Chelsea signs Pep Chavarria as transfer window heats up, eyes on Victor Osimhen
Chelsea Football Club has reached a full agreement with Rayo Vallecano to sign 28‑year‑old midfielder Pep Chavarria for €25 million. The deal, confirmed by Spanish reports, follows negotiations led by new manager Xabi Alonso, and the player is already in London for his medical.
