Chelsea Wolfe and Wolf announce new studio albums

Musician Chelsea Wolfe has released her ninth studio album, ‘The Dark’, via Loma Vista. The album, which is currently available digitally with physical editions arriving September 18, features ten tracks. Wolfe collaborated with Jennifer Decilveo and Ben Chisholm on the project, which includes guest appearances from artists such as Robin Finck, Matt Chamberlain, and Troy Van Leeuwen.

Separately, the Swedish heavy metal band Wolf has announced their tenth studio album, ‘Hour Of The Wolf’, scheduled for release on November 20, 2026, through Fireflash Records. The band released the first single, ‘Death Satellite’, to preview the project. Vocalist Niklas Stålvind stated that the band intends to focus on traditional human-made music as a response to the increasing presence of artificial intelligence in the industry.
