Chemist Ceren Ersancar develops fig-based perfumes in Aydın

Ceren Ersancar, a 22-year-old chemist from Germencik, has developed perfumes derived from the essence of Aydın's registered fig variety. After conducting R&D work starting in early summer, Ersancar created scents suitable for both men and women.

Inspired by seeing fig-based products like cologne and ice cream at the annual Germencik Fig Festival, Ersancar sought to create a fragrance that captured the fruit's scent. She presented these specialized fig perfumes to the public during the 22nd Fig Festival organized by the Germencik Municipality.
